Alan’s experience includes eight years working as a fitness coach for the Radisson Hotel Group.
The Sligo-native began his own journey to fitness and wellbeing as a teenager growing up in the village of Bunninadden.
“I was painfully shy,” he says. “I wanted to do something that would turnaround my confidence and give me energy.”
Exercise' and learning the other pillars of wellbeing such as health and nutrition, gave him the belief to realise his dreams.
